Ms. JD is an online forum for women in all arenas of the legal profession.  Ms. JD is a nonprofit, nonpartisan community and is coordinated by law students for the entire legal community.   Contributors are dedicated to reinforcing and expanding the representation of women in law school and the legal profession.

The Ms. JD Conference, "Avenues to Advancement," was held at Northwestern University School of Law, Chicago IL.  Lauren Stiller Rikleen presented on the topic of networking within the program component, "Essential Skills for New Women Lawyers:  What You Need to Know to Achieve Success and Satisfaction in Your Career." She also moderated panels on the topics of "Mind the Gap:  Effective Intergenerational Mentoring" and "Getting the Good Work:  Breaking Down the Barriers to the Old Boys Club."
