The 2009 WomenLegal Conference was focused on the theme of advancing the increasingly important dialogue on gender diversity in the American legal profession.

Lauren Stiller Rikleen moderated the panel discussion on "Gender Equality & Diversity:  Propelling the Next Generation of Law Firm Leaders" structured for attendees to learn why the next generation of women lawyers and leaders will have the leverage to create a workplace with multiple paths to success and where long-standing barriers are eliminated.
