The Bowditch Institute for Women’s Success offers the Navigator® Career Workshop, which gives women the compass they need to navigate the workplace and their career successfully. The scope and length of each workshop is custom-designed to meet the specific goals of its clients. In a confidential setting, participants receive career guidance on such issues as:

  • Positioning yourself as a “go to” lawyer in your practice group
  • Integrating business generation into your life
  • Cultivating mentoring relationships
  • Keeping yourself, your family, and your work-life intact while building your career
  • Optimizing flexibility, living with ambiguity, and why “opting out” may not be in your best interest
