The Bowditch Institute for Women’s Success offers the Navigator® Career Workshop, which gives women the compass they need to navigate the workplace and their career successfully. This three-session workshop is custom-tailored to meet the specific goals of our clients.

In a confidential setting, participants receive career guidance on such issues as:  

§         Positioning yourself as a “go to” lawyer in your practice

§         Developing the leadership skills you will need to advance in your career

§         Integrating business generation into your life

§         Cultivating mentoring relationships and developing champions for your advancement 

§        Creating a self-evaluation that showcases your skills

§         Keeping yourself, your family, and your work-life intact while building your career

§         Optimizing flexibility, living with ambiguity, and learning why “opting out” may not be in your best interest

§   Working within and across generations
